Got everything installed and put in the tune this evening! First impressions, much deeper and aggressive sound. Lots more power as well! My only concern is the sulphur smell when I pulled into the garage and shut it off. Never had that smell before. Hoping it is normal and just temporary?

Quick follow up...smell is gone. Not sure what that was about! Regardless, this was a fantastic upgrade that was not terribly expensive and easy to do. Thanks again TJ!

I interested in the discount, too. Just ordered some Steeda jacking rails for my newly acquired 2016 GT. I have a huge Steeda wish list

Want to thank tj for posting about the Magnuson and Moss Act for warranty.....Wish more folks knew about this,it basically states if the dealer can prove without doubt that the bolt on item caused the warranty issue then your SOL,but it has to be proven on documented fact not just them saying it and if they can't prove it you are not liable for cost, they would also be responsible for court cost to,I believe. But this is bolt on items when it comes to internal engine power adders it's a different game, that's were it can bite you in the azz.
I will wait till my warranty is over before I do anything like cams, turbo, supercharger, ect unless it's dealer installed and covered under written warranty but as far as CAI,Headers,Catbacks or tune go, go for it,you can always remove the tune and besides it would have to be a really fuc upd tune to hurt a motor hahaha.
Remember the dealer needs to prove without doubt....................caused the failure to not be covered under warranty if you want to take it that far.

Hi tj@steeda

Just purchased a 15 GT convertible. Looking to do a cold air intake and possibly a tune. What is the forum discount?

Also if you are in the market for a bad *** pellet grill I got you the hook up! http://greenmountaingrills.com/

Does anybody no how to RESET a SCT x4 tuner?

I just purchased a Steeda CAI and SCT tuner and am having a hell of a time updating the firmware on the tuner so I can install my tune.

It keeps saying Device Comm Error and wont let me do anything

Rather than start a new thread, I'm curious how people are feeling about the Steeda CAI. There are so many options - I'm looking at Steeda, PMAS, and JLT. Thinking of going with Lund for the tune. I guess too many options is a good problem to have...

I think steeda is well built but I regret mine. It's beautiful and sounds great but I feel let down by the brand. I'm considering taking mine off and selling it.
