I'm a new member. I had the same problem with my order. I ordered the car in August, made a change in October, the car was built December 4 and than sat on a rail car in Illinois in sub-zero temps until January, I took delivery January 18. I still don't know the reason for the delay. If anyone can find out, please let us know.
