Mustang ecoboost saving battery mode problem

Im having a crazy issue right now with my mustang and im trying to figure out what the problem is. So about 2 months ago while i was at work i saw that in the middle of the dash it was say the battery was low and to change it soon and basically it was the key fob so i changed that but since then iv been having problems with the car turning off and not even starting period this month. Basically if im at the mall of somwhere waiting for somone u will turn off the car and press the ignition button just for the radio to be on and ill sit there and listin to music while waiting for someone and if i sit there for more than 10-15 minutes then the car will shut off and say in the middle of the screen turning off to save battery and then it wont turn back on period. And the lights on the inside and the outside headlights will flicker like as if the cars actual battery is dead is trying to start. I dont get why this happens and the only way to get the car to start again is i have to buy another battery for my key fob and then jump my car for 2 minutes and then its back to normal so its like i cant even sit in car and listin to the radio for 10 minutes without this issue so im trying to figure out if its the key fob or something else.
