Heated/Cooled Seats Not Working

I have a 2016 Ecoboost Premium Convertible with heated/cooled seats. Last week, they stopped working on both sides. Neither side will heat or cool. Control lights work. I tried replacing the fuse and still nothing. Any ideas on a fix?

As much as I hate going to the dealer, if it is still under warranty, I'd have them fix it.

Drivers seat gets too hot - can't turn off -don't see seat heating switch

Hello I have a 2005 Ford Mustang and it appears that the previous owner installed an after market device to heat the lumbar of the drivers seat but there does not seem to be a switch for it anywhere and it seems to on constantly and can get really hot - I would like to turn if off permanently - The only switch on the seat right now is the one for the lumber support to decrease and increase. Last night my seat was practically scorching my lower back. Any advice on how to make the seat not heat up anymore if I don't see a switch to turn the heating on or off with?
