That is a lot of codes. I hope the car is still under warranty. After some digging, this is what I came up with.
P codes deal with the car's powertrain
p06e9 = Engine Starter Performance Trouble Code
p1450 = Inability of Evaporative Emission Control System to Bleed Fuel Tank
B codes are OBD-II body codes
b1265 = Servo Motor Coolair Bypass Circuit Failure
b1266 = Servo Motor Airintake Left Circuit Failure
U codes deal with the car's data network
u0401 = Invalid Data Received From ECM/PCM
u0415 = Invalid Data Received From Anti-Lock Brake System Control Module
u3003 x 4 times = battery voltage

i appreciate your reply , i think the ones related to the battery is beacuse the battry was dying so the car had a hard time starting up
but these ones :

the car dosent have any warranty , the dealer is ford but seems like they know nothing about this car , they told me they will delete the light and if it came on again i should visit them again , it hasnt come on so far , i bought one of those obd2 scanners the Bluetooth ones , it says no codes so far,,,,but as u saw from what i posted those are the values recorded by it , what should be the evap value ? should be jumping up and down when i increase the rpm ? also yesterday i realize if i drive harder the mpg increases ! that was weird cause i thought it should be decrees no ?
thanks

Maybe the bad battery caused all of the other codes to trip, due to insufficient voltage. Electronics can do some weird stuff when they don't get the required voltage. If the charging system is good and the battery as well, you might find you won't have anymore problems.
Each of those codes indicated a fault. If the problem was a voltage issue that is now resolved, you shouldn't see any codes displayed.
