I am seriously debating changing up to the '14 GT/CS (DIB w/ NAV & 3.73's) A-paln price roughly $35k

Problem is the dealership is only willing to give me $25k for my car (12k miles w/ HID & 3.73). The deal is that I keep my wheels, Exhaust and suspension....lose the cowl hood and CS Front/Rear fascias. So basically I am trading in my car + $10k for a new color, better taillights and NAV. (My car is paid off already so I would not be rolling any funds over)

Another Question for you guys with the 2013-14 GT/CS..

Do the Sued Seats help hold you into the car better than the all leather GT seats!?

If I keep my car I am looking to upgrade my seats and cant see spending $2k+ on Recaros and want something that will hold me in a little better during track days.

never rode in an all leather seat mustang. so i cant say if my suede helps to keep me planted. the tailights and NAV are nice to have. all the cool features that come with the NAV setup is a very nice conveinece.

I love my seats. Even when I use leather conditioner, I don't slide anywhere.

 

Compared to my 2008 with leather seats, I think my 2013 CS seats hold me in a little better. Plus they're not as hot to sit on after sitting in the sun for hours.

 

I would say its not worth it. I wonder how many people traded their cars in for "newer" taillights. Once you do it you're probably going to pissed when the "newer" body style comes out.

 

You don't want to find yourself in a similar position in 13 months time. And you may find there are some good incentives to shift the last of the '14MY cars around then.

 

You know when you come along something good there will always be something that is more aesthetically pleasing that come along after. It is a visious cycal of marketing. **** I could have had a V-8.

Example you see a hot mustang. well there will always be another that is customised more or differently that appeals to you more.
Do what I did take your current car and customise it as to what will make you happy.

 

Wondering what you did seeing as 2015 they stopped making the GT/CS??

 

But the GT/CS is back for 2016 and I really like it in white. But not better than my GHIG
