I have received my Mickey T 305/35/20 tires but the 275/35/20's are backordered. They have 255/35/20's in stock though, so i could replace the them on the order. what would be better ? wait it out for the 275's or swap in the 255/35/20's instead?

275's if you can stand the wait. What width wheel are you running up front?

Go with 275's. 255's aren't wide enough, even for the v6 Mustang

Also recommend this. With 305's, you would probably be good with 285 fronts if they fit. The narrower the front tire with the wide back tire will create more and more understeer.

I run a square setup and like the handling that's resulted in. Boss 302 runs staggared but also runs larger rear sway bar. I have done rear 275 front 255 and it would tend towards understeer vs neutral or oversteer.

Anyways 275 front should be fine

Just saw your post. I am looking at the same tires to replace my 255/35/20 and 285/30/20 Nitto.

Have you gotten your MT tires? How is it?

I do have my wheels and tires on now. The offset on the alcoa style wheels doesn't allow enough clearance on the 305's when lowered so i adjusted my suspension up 3/8" to allow them to tuck in when suspension compresses.

I have no complaints about the mickeys at all so far. road noise seems normal, handling is good, excellent traction. i've driven some rain and again no issues.

The offset on my HRE wheels are 35 front and 45 rear. Am I going to be okay with these tires then? Have any pics of the new wheel/tire combo?

my wheel offfsets are 25 and 37. I don't know much about offsets though. i think you should be ok since your HRE's offsets will keep your wheels tucked in a few more mm than mine. I won't be able to lower my car any more with these rims.
