Upper control arm mount bolt broke. Need Help!
I was taking the upper control arm off and one of the bolts broke off inside. Any one know how to get it out? Drill and bolt out seems to break. Not sure what grade of bolt ford used.

You can take the bracket the rest of the way off and fix it on the bench. If there's a big enough nub sticking out you can weld another bolt to the nub and remove the broken one that way.

Loosening. It was one of the 2 side bolts. Not sure if it was a defective bolt, but when we finally got it out I had to retap the threads. Half way up one of the threads was flat, and chunk of metal in the groove.

Odd, glad you got it out, maybe it was put in wrong from the factory, assuming it was stock.
