Switch from Steeda to Roush LCA?

I don't know what forums you read, but it's ALL OVER THE MUSTANG FORUMS. The LCA noise is a known issue and there is a TSB from Ford for the past several years. The mist recent updated one is tsb-12-8-24. Here's just a few samples of the discussions on the subject:

I'm in the same boat as you. I installed Steeda Ultra lites and steeda panhard bar. I have had Ford replace the front LCAs last week. Still noise. I may pull out the steeda springs and go back to stock, then trash the steeda stuff. Big waste if energy for me. I called steeda a month ir two ago when I first installed the springs and bar and was told the issue must be my install. I installed everything per their directions working with a master technician as well. The Ford tech that replaced the LCAs looked things over said the springs are all installed correctly, so it's not my install.

I was referring to the noise when the Steeda LCA's are installed. In a case of our LCA's making noise it is usually not greased properly.
Let me revisit with the engineers and our team including Matt regarding the information you have provided.

I don't believe this is a common problem. I've read several posts on this forum that convinced me that your products were the best. I write this without trying to sound rude, the experience of others isn't my concern. The only car that I truly care about is my own.
My car creeks from the right side whenever I go up an a driveway and one wheel articulates before the other. If both wheels move together, I have no noise. I had them installed at a reputable dealer.
This leads me to believe that either my part is faulty or all your parts have this issue and no one else cares but me. I don't believe telling me that your engineer says it never happens serves any purpose. I do believe that never is an awfully bold statement.
I presume this to mean you have never had manufacturing error or failure. You would be the first company I would know of to claim that.
I do not know if your post was meant as a way to save future sales or try to offer help. Maybe I'm sensitive because I have a very limited income and chose your parts and now feel foolish. Your post makes me feel even more ignorant for buying your companies parts.

Here's the deal... When I brought it to the service advisor at Parks Ford, I mentioned the 3 versions of the TSB LCAs. BELIEVE ME, I DID MY RESEARCH FIRST. I have the "C" version... The Ford dealer told me it's the newest one. I mentioned to the dealer that there may be a "D" version and they looked it up based on VIN information and said the "C" version is the most recent one. It would be nice if Deysha chimed in here and told us what is the exact front left and right LCAs model number of the most updated TSB should be for my 2013 MY. I believe the most updated one is still 9 months old from August of last year. I do not believe the issues was ever the lower control arms because I'm hearing the same noise when it gets hot out... I think it's something else. Today, I jacked up the car and double checked the bolts and torque on the swag bar links and sway. All us tightened up correctly. Strut mount correct, Spring correct.

I think he's referring to my original post. This thread was originally about rear lower control arms. Speaking of which, can anyone share their experience with either roush or whiteline rear lca in regards to nvh?

There are (2) two separate issues taking place here. One is regarding an OEM issue that we can't comment on ... the other is Mr. V who has an issue with his LCA.
Frank with Steeda is currently talking to the shop in regards to what is taking place. They are planning on putting it on their 4 post lift so that the car has the weight on the wheels. Then lift it high enough so the technician can get under it ... then have the other tech’s work to find the squeak. At this point ... we can't confirm that it is the LCA ... but the shop is working to find the issue one way or another.

If anyone has information they care to share about roush lca or whiteline lca I term of nvh, I'd appreciate it. I empathize with folks that have different unrelated concerns but I'd like to learn more about the concern I originally posted about.

Honestly the stock lca's are fine, the only problem is they wont fit into most relos. The UCA is what will correct any wheelhop. I have the metco arm/mount and there is no nvh, but its expensive.

The roush lca uses the same exact bushing as the brembo/gt500 lca's. And it wont fit into most relo brackets. The WL lca is ok, but not perfect. There is a thread about the bolts stripping out(very dangerous) on another forum.

I'm still on the stock lca's for a few reasons. The MEtco UCA got rid of all my wheel-hop though.

Not jacking at all. When comments are even mildly related, I think they serve those that read. I'm still waiting on my third visit to try and sort this out creaking noise. We will see. Roush lcas look better all the time.
