On stock springs: Koni Str.t VS Bilstein HD
On stock springs: Koni Str.t VS Bilstein HD
Car is a 14 track pack gt.
I'm searching for any facts which make one a better shock/strut for a guy that like spirited street driving and closed circuit road courses. How does compression/rebound compare between them? I'm looking for greater control over steering and braking input. There is a dearth of information re: Bilsteins on these newer mustangs - maybe there's a reason for that...
TIA

I'm not too familiar with the bilsteins on these cars. There is tons of info out there regarding Koni, tokico and steeda. I would stick with these brands, they're tried and true. Steeda has some of the best springs on the market and they pair nicely with Koni.
I love bilstein shocks. I ran them on my Audi a4.
In a different post, a vendor compared them to the Koni strt as far as ride quality. They are a good deal cheap and still feature a lifetime warranty. I chose the sports but don't think I would have been dissapointed with the strts.
