Steeda bumpsteer issue

I've been using the Steeda bump steer kit for several years now. I have never needed to adjust the washers until recently. I changed my lower a arms and need to put most of the washers on top. The problem is on the driver side I cannot get the spiracle bearing loose from the shaft. It should just release once the nut and washers have been removed. For some reason it is seized on. I took it to an alignment shop and they could not get it loose either. The passenger side is easily removed.
Has anybody experienced this with any bumpsteer kit?
I was hoping that anyone from Steeda could help me out

Hello,

Are you able to call our install team at 1800 950 0774?

They should be able to give you tips & tricks as to how to get the driver side spiracle bearing loose ... at the same time, I will send a note to our staff.

Best Regards,

TJ

Hey TJ. I have called customer support. The gentleman I spoke with wasn't a huge help. He stated the obvious and told me that it should come loose. He said he never heard of one being seized on. His only suggestion was to remove the whole unit troubleshoot it while it's off the car.
I fear that I will have to replace it. Is there a warranty on this particular part?
