Nitto or Sumitumo tires?

OK, so I stooged it and hit a curb with my car. Actually took a 4 inch chunk of rubber out of the sidewall and trashed my track pack rim.
Since my long-term goal was to put wider tires and rims on the car, I've decided on some SVE Drift wheels and the tire options are NT555 or HTZ-RII. I have no experience with either brand. Both are a summer tire, and the HTZ-RIII has a slightly better traction rating of AA. Any recommendations?

I used HTR-ZIII on my S4 for daily driving and occasional track day tires. They were grippy and predictable. For the price hard to beat. I haven't personally used nittos but I know several guys who run the NT-01's and love them. Don't know if the 555 is as good. I would but sumitomos again for daily driving tires though. I think I got 30k miles and 8 track days out of them and still had 2/32 or so left

I just pulled the 555's off my Shelby and replaced them with Toyo R888's. They're not a bad tire and will suit most needs just fine; mine is probably more nose-heavy than a GT but not by a whole lot. The few times I pulled some sharp turns they gave a little bit too much for me, but they're perfectly fine for the street and probably pretty good for track days/autocross type stuff, so long as you're not looking to run record laps...

Should also note I had the 555R's on the back, and while they're fine going forward, taking a hard turn in them is a crap shoot: you might stick to the road, you might not. This is why they came off.

Used both and the Nittos hook better, now running Michelin Pilot Super Sports which blow both away, so much more grip!
