Must be said, you'll destroy a Boss 302/M3...with you behind the wheel of said Boss 302/M3. When it comes to amateurs/enthusiasts, the best mod you can do is tighten up the nut behind the wheel.

I went with the Sports becouse i wanted a stockish look and didnt want to go that low. I traded a slamed Civic Si on coilovers in for the Stang and still have nightmares about large speed bumps lol.

I had the same idea as you (had Coilovers on my 03 GT), and now I'm kinda wishing for moar low lol. Though I love being able to go over speedbumps without slowing still...
