~ Eibach Rear Sway bar

After installing my other suspension components I noticed that the car handled great! However the Oversteer that these cars have is crazy...so I finally found a used Rear sway bar on Craigslist and snatched it up. It is the non adj sway bar that comes in the F/R kit. It has the mounting bushings and end links.

I am anxious to get this installed, I will let you guys know what the outcome is!
Going to install it in the morning after I weigh it vs the stock piece and measure the thickness.

If it is "stiffer" than the OE bar, it will increase steady-state OVERsteer.

Install went great, all that was needed was a 15mm socket/wratchet.

The stock bar measuer at 3.00" in circumference...devided by Pi it is .955" in diameter (24.25mm) weight was 18lbs 2oz.

Eibach bar measured at 3.125" (3 1/8") in circumference...devided by pi it is .995" in diameter (25.27mm) weight was 18lbs 7oz.

Short driving impression was good... felt smooth and flat.

And how did it affect your "crazy Oversteer"?

I guess I didn't really express it well.....it may not be oversteer.
What I was experiencing is the slightest turn of the steering wheel the car would seem to turn extreme amounts. It now does not do that near as bad. It is however very responsive.

What he said, over steer is *** slide. Not to poke fun, but are you sure you don't have the steering wheel set to Sport and not the usual Casual or whatever it is.

Its not set on Sport! Whatever the car WAS doing was nothing bad necessarily...it was just how these cars are stock. Now the car stay flatter on the curves and is responsive without being too "Turn on a dime" responsive.
