Are Brembo Rotors and Calipers Direct swap?

I have a 2013 V6 base. If I want to get Brembo that come with Brembo package. Are these direct swap with the stock.
P.S. I already have Brembo wheels on my car so wheels will clear.
Thanks for the help in advance!!!!

You just need the caliper mounting bracketry. I believe the lines are the same, so basically bolt up

You just need the lines and dust shields. The calipers mount into your existing holes. AM has the boss lines for cheap, the dust shield runs about $25 each
And of course discs and pads...
