Brembo brake package pad replacement

Didn't mean for it sound like a loaded question. Just a newbie to track driving (with my own car) trying to figure this stuff out. I will be running on the stock Pirelli's this first time.
Thanks for all the help in this thread. I'm probably going to go with HP Plus pads and a fluid change to start with and then see how much I end up back at the track.

Where did you go? Got pics or vids? What did you think of the Mustang around the track?

I went to Raceway Park of the Midlands...RPM (formerly Mid America Motorplex) in Pacific Junction, IA. It's only about a 25 minute drive thanks to a new highway crossing from NE to IA. The Stang felt pretty good around the track once I got used to how it moves. I'm going to want to get moving on suspension, tires and maybe even racing seats.
I don't have any good video. I was using Track Addict on an old Android phone and didn't realize I had left it on so the battery had died. I'm working on rendering a couple of my laps. None of which are my best laps though. When the battery stated to die it stopped taking video but recorded some data on a few laps. Too bad too because those were laps where I ran down a Vette that I let pass at the end of my warm up lap.
You can check out pics here but I didn't see any of my car. Mine is black with stock TP wheels and a GT500 style spoiler. Well it wouldn't link right. Try the main Midwest Stangs FB page.

Pics looked good! I know what you mean. I have used Track Addict before. Not bad for freeware on Androids, but kills the battery!
I did one weekend on my stock pirellis and immediately decided to get separate wheels/tires. With the 3.73 final drive I decided to stick to 19" wheels, since at the tracks I go to I run out of 3rd and 4th gears with a hundred yards or so left to the brake zone. So I didn't want to shorten the gearing any by reducing tire diameter. I went for 275/40-19 and picked up ~2-3 mph in each gear instead.
Suspension is my main goal for next year as well.
What tires are you thinking? Were you planning on going slicks, or something like Potenza RE-11 or BFG Rival?
I'm leaning towards BFG Rival in 285/35-19 next time I get new rubber. The SO4s are good, but I know I can get more cornering grip still.
