I have ford performance assembled handling pack installed on my 2014 GT so its 1inch lower (or even more) and I wanted to get 20x10 rear and 20x9 wheels.
What tire sizes will be the best to keep it a bit comfortable?
I was thinking 255 front 275 rear but what about profile of the tire?

Also consider selecting the search function menu above on the home page, as you'll come across plenty of thread submissions which are directly related to tire and wheel sizes...
When the search window displays, type in 20x10" and 20x9" wheel fitment...
In the meantime, hope this helps...

On my 2014 "GT" Roush Stage 2 I run the 20" Roush rims (Impossible to find now but... ) Size wise they are a 9.5" width. I run 275/35R20 on all four. Love to drive it and love the looks. Having all four the same size simplifies rotation as well. Just my 2 cents... Hope this will give you an idea of that size on our cars... FYI Mine is also lowered some 1 and 1.5" to level the ride.

if you want "comfortable" you do not want 20" wheels on a lowered suspension -- I would recommend 19" or even 18" wheels, if you haven't already bought the 20s
the 20" wheels force you to run low profile tires and the lowered suspension has less travel and stiffer springs than stock -- both of these run counter to "comfortable"
255 width on 9" wheel and 275 on 10" wheel sounds good for the width; but you need to figure out the aspect ratio and overall tire diameter
you can look up the original tire size on the door jam sticker, and then look up the overall diameter for that size -- on most of these cars, the original tire diameter is just a little over 27"
then you can look up the tire sizes you are considering on Tire Rack, or use an on-line calculator; and find the aspect ratio that gives about 27" overall diameter
Agree with the stiffer ride, but boy is it stable in the corners. I really don't mind the ride that much... If it was comfort I was after I would change things.
