Woo Hooo Got my new Boss

It fells like I have been waiting on this car for two years!
I had one ordered from last Feb but had to cancel in Oct, I thought that was it I would not own a 2012 Boss. I walked into a local dealer last Wed and landed an amazing deal on a White with black stripes Boss and all the options. Pretty much the exact car I had ordered but got it for thousands less!

I had the track key installed today and love it except the "lopy Idle" You can barley hear it! Besides that I LOVE the car............

Hey Dylan, congrats on the car and the sweet deal!! Bummer about the idle on the track key. The original lopey idle I heard was a big reason for its problems with CARB and having the TracKey held for so long. The original idle made it fail CARB certification. So they had to tone it down some. So I heard.

Can I have a tune instaled with the grey key in and still be able to use the red key as the track key? or did I just waist $302?
One of the many reasons I wanted this car was the LOPY IDLE!

Congrats on the new Boss. The idle will sound sweeter if you remove the exhaust disks from the rocker panel pipes. And Dylan, now that you are a Boss owner, it might be time to change your call sign, C6DreamVette doesn't apply to the Blue Oval tribe.

Congratulations on the new Boss!!! Absolutely! That is what I plan to do down the road. The JLT cold air w/Bama tune from American Muscle.

I agree C6Dreamvette is not a Ford name at all but I have had that name on many forums for many years now

I knew it! A spy from the Camaro forums!!

Congrats on your new Boss, I'm looking forward to the stories of how much you like and the 'thumbs up' stories. It's spring time in New England, and every time I drive to work I see more and more new and old Mustangs on the road after their winter hibernation.
