Wheel Options for the 2012 Boss 302
I'd go with TSW over RTR any day.

I thought the new black Enkei PF-01's looked fantastic and were very light - like 20lbs in an 18". Thinking that will be my track wheels. Not sure if I will bother with street wheels, although I would if I had the LS wheels - the normal Boss wheels don't bug me nearly as much as those LS wheels do. A pure black or pure silver option would make this a moot point.
Sorry Big, IMO they are hideous!
And the poll of members here on this forum agree by 400% (36 dislike, 9 like). Sorry you appear to be in the minority.
I may just wrap all the hideous red accents.....

But how many have seen them in person? I have and IMO they look right on the car, especially the black LS. Check some of the rolling photos and video, those wheels have a very cool look rolling down the road.

I have a thread with a bunch of wheels PS'd onto a KB Boss here:

You know generally, I would agree with you.
But this is a MUSTANG forum and more specifically those of us who have a great interest in the new Boss Mustang. So the readers of this forum are pretty specific, knowlegable and motivated toward this product. Probably not a whole lot of Ford Focus readers here, so I think the poll does have credibility and merit.

Like everything else the wheels have grown on us over time, like the tail lights on the 11. I am fine with the stock Boss wheels and if not for the money right now I would get a set of 302S wheels, still may be in the Boss's future.
The owners pics of the black LS's have been very nice. When you stare at a picture thinking of nothing more then wheels, you will find fauld in any. When you see the car in person they do not stand out in a good or bad way, they just fit.

So I ended up with silver. Oh well once they are scratched up enough I can have them powder coated black I guess.
Kind of agree on this statement, if you put things in perspective. This wheel looks great in orange when it's on the race track, but on the street, to the non-informed car person, probably looks cheap.
Think of it this way, a lot of race cars look awesome with their decals and paint jobs, but take them out of their environment and put them on the street, and it's going to look totally out of place. Black is a much better choice for the LS wheel on the street, but to each his own.
