have not driven it much this year so far. Car was pretty dusty from sitting in the garage. So I dusted the car off and then went out and dusted off a Camaro SS. I felt better after my dusting duties were complete.
Nothing like good old hard work to get the juices flowing again...Lol
I have to learn how to control my emotions, but at my age it may be to late.
It's times like this that impress me on how fast these factory cars are now and only getting faster.
Wonder when the HP wars will end?

so just wanted to say i bought another orange boss 302....unfortunately this one will need a little TLC to get it going.
i have to do the front bumper, hood, trunk, all the front suspension, and some interior items too.
i think it was well worth it for the price i got....and since i dont really need it for 2-3 years i have time to work on it..here is a pict.

looks like a salvage title car. was it in a flood or one of those new Hybrid Bosses??
Seems to have shrunk some.
Anyhow its going to give somebody a lot of fun. But that's what the Boss is all about at any age!! I say MOTOR ON and post some pics. of those smiles as they feel the power of the Boss!!

unfortunately ill be having surgery on my left knee this thurs so wont be driving the mustangs for awhile.... only couple weeks hopefully.

should be back to normal in 4 weeks. nothing serious just a little "clean out"

 

Finally got Track Key programmed. Had the voucher for quite a while.
Nice improvement in overall drivability. Noticeable more aggressive acceleration and I like the decel much better. More pops & crackle in the exhaust. Lopey idle I'm not a fan of & will disable that when starting.
Figured I'd better get it programmed before it is no longer available or supported.

car shows over the weekend with the boss....nice weekend.
saturday - Harrisonburg VA, lots of nice cars (all ford show)
sunday - Columbia MD, Mustang Mania 7 (nice cars)

came home with trophies from both!
i say good weekend.

 

I've been hanging out with a new lady friend and working a lot of overtime. So I've been pretty busy and this site was a wreck! Attended a car show that was Camaro vs Mustang and we swamped them! R u going to the American Muscle show August 15th at Maple Grove PA? It is a lot of fun! How have you been?

 

No, not going to the AM show. I'll regret that decision once folks start posting pics. This summer has been a bust with shows and cruises. The weather interfered quite a bit....either ungodly hot, or ungodly wet, or ungodly both. A lot of events got cancelled. Now that we've had some decent weather recently, Murphy's Law reared his ugly head...last week I twisted my lower back so I'm down for the count....can't do crap.

Good to hear you have a passenger now....hope you're giving her some thrills!!!

 

I saw an SBY '13 this weekend with Texas tags on it driving around in Mississippi. First SBY I have seen in person. It looked great in SBY.
