Just got mine 10 days ago, now she's hibernating until spring. She will get a full detail over the winter, so she really be ready to show her stuff in the spring.

Going around the car, cleaning in and around everything I can. Will try to not drive in rain or dirty road as previous owners did. Rear drivers before. Rear passengers, half way done. Passengers finished. Dirt n grit behind felt panel. Inside. Polished n waxed.

I pretty much also try to avoid driving in rainy/dirty road conditions as well, but unfortunately here in southwestern, PA, it's nearly impossible thanks to road construction projects and the weather is very unpredictable when it comes to getting caught unexpectantly in a downpour... In the meantime, you did a very awesome job with cleaning and thoroughly detailing behind your wheel wells along with your suspension, brake and wheel sections.... Looking good, indeed!
Nothing special, just getting to know the car. It was a hot day and my all season Pilot Sports were probably a limiting factor but it was all new to me. I also was not going to hammer on the brakes. There were a lot of not so novice cars and drivers in my "Novice" run group.
I had fun and felt pretty comfortable and if nothing else, the cars sound great!!!
Nice touches with the Ford emblem and the Boss decal. Unfortunately, not really a known fix for IATs beyond creating a custom lid to force all air to be pulled through the lower intake tube. I have the same IAT issues with my Steeda CAI below. A few members on the TrackMustang site used bent aluminum to loosely cover the top of the filter with modest results but nothing quite as good as a properly sealed plastic/acrylic lid. I passed on the idea convinced it would damage the powder coat on the housing. Other than OEM, I don't know of any lid units that any exist for the roadrunner

Always liked Airaid.. Had one on my previous 2005 stock GT, the materials and construction were second to none IMHO and experienced no performance related issues at all...
In the meantime, very excellent choice...
