I barely have 400 miles on the car, so TracKey impressions will have to wait for a few more road trips.

Oh ye of little faith. The idle now goes lump da da lump, lump da da lump, etc. To me that's more than the key being programmed

Sounds like some East Coast jealousy at work here, Scott .......

Cool sounds like they got it, no jealousy since I am glad to know it works . IMHO Trackey has been a disaster from the start, this may well be the first good news ever.

Sounds like they got it sorted put around 5 pm EDT so the irony is the CA guys ended up getting it first! Left mine at the dealer .....again.....tonight. Should be lumpy idling by morning.

Are there any physical "parts" required to be delivered to the dealer from FRPP prior to install?

Y'all remind me of a story......Some years ago an old bull and a young bull were on a hill top surveying some heifers down in the valley. Says the young bull to the elder bull, "Why don't we run down yonder and sc**w us a heifer?" To which the old bull replied, "You do that son, but I intend to walk on down there and sc**w 'em all."

Patience grasshopper, patience.

P.s. Congrats to Chief Charlie, the youngest bull among us.

According to the customer instructions document, yes. Hold down the "OFF" button on steering wheel when starting then an additional 5 seconds.

The Instructions and a label for 91 Octane gas that goes inside the fuel door.I believe those are the only hard "parts" It all comes in a package shipped from FRPP.

A post earlier in this thread gave the link to the Instructions, and you also receive a label from CARB to place on the shock tower in the engine compartment...if I recall correctly.

OK so the dealer is not mis-informed that they are waiting for "parts" from FRPP, then.

I made a appointment with dealer for Trackey install, just calling for the appointment is all I need to do? Besides bringing the keys and red card? Do I have to order package or anything?

Gary.....you need to triple check to make sure they installed it correctly! Don't go off the idle. Your car will have a lumpy idle no matter what......it's freezing up there!!!!!

Oh man.....this never gets old....
