Yeah, it's kind of worded funny.
I wonder if they mean they are sharing the release date with US, but are not telling the general public, etc., until Nov.2nd.

Not sure if I'll still be driving the Boss then, I might wait till spring to treat myself to the Red Key.

Not me. We get 80's through winter, Thank you global warming. I guess some one at CARB owns a Boss 302 and wanted to save it for us Californians.
