I still don't mind the little yellow light at the track. I'll soon have one to accompany it (SRS) with my race seat, so what's one more 
It's the flashing CELs that get me a little jumpy.

Interesting that the corsas are getting bad reviews, considering that in r&t 10 best handling cars stated that the cars with the corsas should have the advantage.
I'm running TPMS on my metal valve stems right now. A screw holds them onto the valve stem.
re: Hoosier R6's
It will depend on the track. The trouble with the R6 is that on bigger, faster tracks the R6 may be TOO good of a tire. That is, the R6 has so much "stick" that it is possible over-load the relatively soft OEM suspension. I think R6's are good for short, tight road courses. For longer, faster tracks with long fast sweepers, the R6's may not be the ideal tire on OEM suspension, IMO.

I have a set of 4 Enkei PF01 18 x 9.5 45mm offset wheels with TPMS and only two track days on them for sale. They are virtually brand new. These are the best lightweight track wheels for the money weighing in at 20lbs. That's a savings of 11lbs per wheel over stock. Here's a pic of them on my car. I also have the silver center caps (not pictured) $1200 shipped.

I have two sets of the same wheels painted black in staggered 18 x 10.5 and 18 x 9.5 sizes. I don't need a third set.

No but I did catch a discarded razor-blade once inside the track grounds at Homestead. Lucky I caught it in the garage but at the pressure I am running the tires at now I think it would set off the alarm anyway.

Let's bump this up.... What are your tire and wheel plans for the track? More and more I have been thinking about a square setup for a couple reasons:
1. Rotate all four corners for longer tire life
2. Just dial out under/oversteer with adjustable sways
3. Also with the adjustable sways your tire choices are only limited to what sizes specs your looking for
4. You can still run a staggard setup if you want because of the sways
It seems the limiting factor is "value" wheels. I am tracking the Enkei PF01s and the Vorshlag wheels. Anyone else know of a lightweight inexpensive wheel?

we should put together a thread of track wheel and tire combos for different needs and get a mod to sticky the post. maybe a long lasting choice, ultimate grip but short life, square, etc. even go so far as tossing in high performance street tires.

I'm going to try a set of Forgestar CF5. I ordered a staggered set of 19x9/10. They're about $400 from American Muscle and weigh right around 24-lb per rim.
I know folks don't care for them, but I'm installing my old set of Corsas on them today. They've still got a bit of life left in them. These are the ones I had heat cycled from the Tire Rack prior to Superfest at VIR last year. After I finish this set, I have the ones that came with the LS. After I burn through those, I'll see what's available.
