Is this what these transmission complaints are really about?
Leave the meat hooks at the job site for the cement truck guys. No need to cram and jam. I remember a number of the Bullitt guys saying the same thing with the new shifter in 08.
Try finesse. The transmission wants to shift - you can use your fingers. Just let the detent springs and the gates work for you.![Thumb](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/thumb.gif)

Your info is definitely helpful. I was commenting more on what cdynaco stated. The more I think about it, I definitely tried to force it and not let it find its own way...but only one bad run though. It was a great time!

Sorry missed that. Mine doesn't say on it if it is SAE corrected but it was 97 degree outside and I put down 369 RWHP and 341 RWTQ on a Dyno-mite dynometer. It was suggested to me to have it re-dynoed on another dyno. Do these results seem low considering the conditions?
You would definitely get better numbers in better weather. Heat like that never gives you a good number on a stock car.

You cant do the Boss with just our intake and no tune. A tune is required or it wont run right.

Yes. This dyno sheet is from an actual Boss 302. The baseline number is bone stuck, BUT with 93 octane fuel, not 87 octane they leave the dealer with.
The second numbers is with our cold air intake and custom tune, still on 93 octane. All runs were done in 5th gear. Peak gain was 27 horsepower, max point to point gain was 29 horsepower. I was pretty impressed with it considering how hot it was out down here in Florida.
