My car is already over the top with decals so I might as well go all the way.

Go all the way with the Wood Brothers look.

Thanks Rick ,
That is and has been since 1968 one great looking paint scheme!
I was looking at the pics of your car and love the Kona with the white LS spoiler, have you thought about a whiteout tail light panel? Think that would look cool, it's the Dan Gurney/Peter Revson 1969 Shelby Trans Am scheme. Yes I am crazy, but I do love these cars!

Do you have a good photo of that? I have a poster of the #16 Boss built by Bud Moore but have not seen it from the rear. I bought the poster specifically because it shows the white roof and accents.

Check out this gallery. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/dan-g...photo-3012209/
If you look close you can see that some of the pics show white bumper and front spoiler, I have to keep searching but I am pretty sure the taillight panel was white for this race too. Definitely see the heritage that the designers were following for the 2012 cars, tough to deny a classic.

I love that collar scheme. I actually painted my "'70 Corvette like that back in the late 70s. I wish I had a digital picture.

The site has been down for at least a few days, not sure why. However I have been dong business with them up thru yesterday. So Im pretty sure they are still up and running.
I know Paul had surgery and has been recovering, not sure if that has anything to do with the site being down.

Question: I understand all about the louvers on the Tiger hood and getting rid of that unwanted heat from the engine. What I'm having trouble is, understanding why alot of Boss owners want this Hood when there are alot of other hoods that come with louvers. It just seems that all 2012 Bosses are looking alike. Everytime a new boss has this hood installed the replies are.....Looks Great and so on. The only thing that changes is the paint schem. It just seems like alot of Boss owners are are going for the same look. I just realy enjoy when Boss owners make the car personal to them.
The reason I ask is because I have been thinking about a new hood and want my own look. Installing the Tiger hood just makes me feel like there will be no WOW factor to it as it will look like all the other Bosses.
I also been wondering how it would look if I keep the stock hood and had louvers punched into the top of it.
I've also have been looking at the Venom hood which has functional louvers.
(along with that Cooltech Roll Bar )
What to do
Come On Lotto! $love all my problems.

While the hood is labeled as a heat extractor the vents reduce lift thus increasing downforce. That's the main reason many purchase the hood. There aren't many other hoods on the market that have been wind tunnel tested by Ford Racing.

I didn't do it for the look, in fact I like the factory look better. I got it bc it was aero functional to the point that you need rear aero to match the downforce the hood puts out. Besides I'd love to have a 302r clone

I have a Boss 302S card up in my cube at work so I see the look every day. I like it. Might have to get one some day.

Thanks for all the post on that Tiger Hood. I understand you feelings and concerns about the down force issuies. It make alot of sense to have this hood if you Track your car alot. some of you are die hard racers and you need the down force. but I am just a want a be that cant afford the track fees due to CHILDREN.
What's the TMS pannel thoughts on leaving the stock hood on and having louvers punched through the cowl section of the hood. Just trying to think how that would look and what the cost would be. Or my first choice for a Glass hood is the Venom hood with this paint scheme.

Meh, just build one. More fun that way. It's like a new car every few weeks

It's like they took '13 hood vents and gave them steroids. So sweet.
