Thanks Jeff. I got the tow hooks back from the powdercoater and bolted them on this afternoon. Here's the front one. I put the plate over the back one before I took a pic so you'll just have to imagine it

Yep. The purchase price was just the start. My wife- "why do you need to spend more money on our Boss?"

It looks great! The only thing that I can think of that will make the car look better is if it was silver and red.......

Thanks guys. I think this is it ....for now. When spring hits I'll hear enough about how much I'm spending on tires and pads.

You have to call Tiger Racing, or email them for a quote with freight:

You can buy the hood from Rehagen Racing. They might even have one in stock.

Like these. I bought mine from Paul Brown at Tiger Racing and they're a different brand but probably made in the same Chinese factory

I'd get it direct from Tiger. Mine shipped from Reno, NV so if Rehagen had it "in stock" it must have shipped across the country already and manufactured a while ago. When they first came out, the fiberglass were coming in at 28 lbs. When I contacted Paul a month ago or so for a quote they were coming out of the mold at 25 lbs. When mine actually shipped a couple weeks ago it weighed in at 20 lbs. They're refining the process and reducing the amount of resin needed so the most recent ones will be the best. On top of that, my body shop said it's the best looking fiberglass hood they've seen and required minimal prep work. I saw some of the earlier ones and there were more "distortions" or "waves" in them.

I have to agree with you on that note. I did notice that your hood looked very good in paint. I am used to seeing "distortions" or "waves" in them. This is what always pushed me away from fiberglass hoods. Well, like I said before. I love the look with the paint sceme and the pinstripe, it just gives it that touch of class. Tow hooks look awsome.....lets hope you never need them.

The carbon fiber hoods have a worse finish than the fiberglass hoods.

Thanks I'm hoping never to need the rear hook, but with my enclosed trailer I'm going to use the front one to winch it on so I don't have to Dukes of Hazzard it out the window once inside. My winch has a remote control so I can stand on the fender well inside the trailer and make any necessary steering adjustments.

Just ordered my fiberglass 302s hood from Paul. He says they are in stock and he will ship out Tuesday, I should have in a week, have to decide what color scheme to do. I am really leaning towards taking my Wood Brothers red over white scheme all the way and doing the hood in red with textured black louver section and then finally doing my roof panel in WB Red as well. My car is already over the top with decals so I might as well go all the way.
