One of the best looking paint schemes of all time right there.

If the Boss has no sound deadening would it have AC or a radio? Anybody see an interior shot?

I was working under the impression that the Boss 302 will be a regular production model, and the Laguna Seca will be a true limited edition.

Base #P8C GT prem. is what the Boss option is installed on with the order I have placed. I am assuming that it will include the GT prem. standard options and less a little sound deadener with the additional Boss options. I think Ford's pictures show the radio / steering wheel electronic controls also. I am assuming that the GT Perm. base features will be there.

I was looking at a 11 gt premium coupe today that has every option, I mean every option and the msrp is $42,270. Was looking at a 11 gt 500 coupe no pp and msrp was $53,835. Difference of around 11,500 divided by 2 = 5750. Using simple logic and adding 5750 to 42270 = $48,020 which becomes the probable new boss price give or take a thousand. My dealer seems to think $47,000. I am afraid hi 40's + adm in any case. MHO

The prices I would start with for your range are the premium GT with no options (~ $33000) and the GT500 coupe with no options (~ $49000). I would then add $7000 for the base Boss. I think the Leguna Seca would add another $3500.

Ok, using a base prices of 33k and 49k and pricing in the middle...49k-33k=16k. Add half of the 16k to the 33k and 41k becomes the probable price. then add 7k to 41k and we're back at a 48k price for the boss assuming they price in the middle of base prices and add 7k. Hopefully they just price in the middle of the base prices at 41k and who could complain.

Some of the buttons on the wheel are for the launch control now...So they might be in the spot the radio controls were?

Sorry - I meant to say that if you take the base price of the GT Premium with no options then add $7000 to that cost, you get roughly a base Boss price that falls halfway in between that of the GT and GT500. This is similar to just splitting the difference between the GT and GT500 prices.

In other words, $33000 + $7000 = $40000 for base; $40000 + 3500 = Leguna Seca.

I'd love my guess to be wrong and have the base Boss price out at $38000 (with no options).

Knight: The 2-step/launch control uses the cruse controls on the steering wheel I believe. So it looks like the standard Prem GT equipment would work for all of this.
