Status Report from the Dealer

Guys I'm new to the Mustang Source, I hope this is not a stupid question. The report I received from the dealer on my Boss order reads. Primary: In Transit. Secondary Received Rail Auto Warehousing. Vehicle location: Ramp 51. What does this mean?

Welcome to the site - you may be one of the first with a Boss in the driveway!

What color are you getting?

Not quite, no Boss cars have been shipped yet. Read this thread for more information.

I'm getting CO, Recaro w/Torsen and car cover. Dealer said he will house it until the weather breaks. I was looking for the Trackey module at ford racing, they don't sell it yet. With it being so close you would think they would have it. Unless it will be shipped with the car uninstalled.

It means your car is being temporarily stored waiting to get sent to the Vehicle Personalization Center.

Most likely waiting to have the stripes to be applied at VPC

RAMP 51 == AREA 51

Cars can disappear for days or weeks in Ramp 51. It is also where the Quality Control (QC) hold is. Last year was pretty bad. Hopefully this year will not be so long.

Yep, you can read plenty about 4 weeks on ramp 51. Ford has changed some things this year for the better, lets hope this is one of them. However if they find a problem or hear a noise with just one, all will change and the cars could be held for a long time.
