Saw, Touched, Sat in 2013 Laguna Seca
Went to the auto show today and checked out the 2013 Boss LS. Reflective stripes are pretty cool as is the school bus yellow paint. Not sure I really like the Shelby front-end... a little too much of a snout and reminded me of some of the Dodge cars. However, I do like the tail lights.
Interior is identical - save for the subdued gray cross brace. Of course new info in dash center - but I was unable to see it without the keys. No more gauge pack for LS owners. Same (crappy, IMO) tires. Splitter is much smaller - perhaps the dealer can even install it now??

Thanks for the pics....that sucks about the gauges i actually kind of liked them. Could you tell if the splitter was lower ?, i wanted a 13 Laguna seca but starting to lean towards a GT500 because some of the styling changes to the seca.
biggest piece of information i want...a price

Cool, well whatever the price I'm getting my order in day one. just really hard to make the choice between laguna seca and GT500...if 500 is below 60k that's a done deal. i really like the 12 laguna seca because it had personality and exclusivity but with the 13 is kind of just feels like and upgraded GT, which i know it is but the 12 didn't seem that way.

I understand, but be aware that the boss allocation method leaves a lot to be desired. You can't really "order" one in the same way you could a GT. Getting a guaranteed allocation is tricky in advance as I understand it. Just be prepared.

Order banks open December 5th so save the date.
Standard gauge pack on the LS is no more though. But I'm sure you'll be able to install it after you purchase the car.
Car looks great. I actually like the splitter alot. Looks very clean.
Same tires? So are we talking about the Pirelli Corsa System tires? Not very good tires in my opinion but what can we do.

I'm only reporting what I've heard from Ford. Yesterday in the facebook chat their marketing person said "January" for pricing. That said, it could certainly be at the same time in an unofficial manner.
However if I was Ford, I'd be happy to take order and see demand before I set a price.
