Santa traded in Rudolph for a Boss 302...
Last year I went on a business trip to Amsterdam right after thanksgiving and when I came home there were Rudolph antlers and nose on my Shelby. My girlfriend was doubled over laughing her a** off. She thought I'd be mad because I don't like cheesy stuff like this, but I thought it was hilarious being it was on a Shelby. Well, it's just as fun on my new Boss. People love it, they laugh as I drive by, and the little kids at a local cruise-in loved it.
Decided to give the Boss a bath and went for a drive in the country to take a few pics. Little town called Martindale has some nice old buildings. One building that seems abandoned had a hidden surprise. A white 65 or 66 Mustang coupe was inside an open garage. Also appeared to be abandoned. Old dirty mess with 4 flat tires. You can see it in one of the pics...
Merry Christmas to all...hope your tree and mine is full of great parts and Mustang stuff, but most of all I wish everyone a safe and joyful holiday season!

I think you should haul it out anyway, regardless to whom it may belong. See that structural cracking by that window? That building could come down at any minute, you would be just rescuing a historical vehicle from imminent destruction.

I love GB. It has been my favorite car color for the last 28 years of my life and I finally have one for myself!
I've owned a lot of cars and not one was ever a color I was in truly in love with or wanted. My '65 GTO I bought in college was primered, all I could afford was a Maaco paint job and I wanted bright yellow and it came out more mustard. My first new car was a '04 350Z, wanted the hot blue but the only trim i could afford could only be found in silver which was just nice. I liked my white '06 GT because it had red seats and I painted red stripes. I settled for my '08 Vapor Metallic GT500 cuz I got a Good deal. I added red accents to the stripes and it really grew on me.
But now I have my grabber blue dream car and I pinch myself every time I see her. When I first saw the 2010 Mustang GB on Ford's preview tour, I was wishing I would have waited on buying the Shelby even though I dreamed of owning a Shelby. That's me on the right drooling over 3 GB Stangs in the 2010 Mustang brochure.
Amazing how the right car in the right color can be such an emotional experience.
