Has anyone seen this combo yet?

I noticed in another post about a stripe delete, I didn't seen that in the order catalog that Brian posted. How is that going to work? Does it also delete the roof paint?

 

Only the RED & WHITE so far (my choice).

I would NOT get a tape delete, because, you can remove them if you don't like the look.

Roof is paint and not deletable, some have said they will get some kind of vinyl to cover roof, I'm gonna have mine painted.

If I pull this off, I'm having a hard time deciding between red w/black, or white.

My personal choice would be Blue w/ black..... sigh.....

it would go so nicely with my 70 car which is medium blue metallic. the 69 below is NOT my car, but shows what the colors "should" look like.

 

Don't know the cost, if you don't like the white tape, remove it and purchase black tape or vice versa.

I agree. A classic Boss combo. Maybe next year...after Ford fires the stylist(s) who came up with these paint designs/combos.

 

no, that would be way too expensive to produce. The stripes have their own glossy surface finish.

 

there was a good post of the pacecar with a picture on this forum from last weekend. However, I think red/back is a much better combo. I'd really like to see a new one.

 

With all these examples of great looking 69-70 Boss color combos, it just makes me scratch my head that much more as to what was going on in the people's heads to want to change the basic paint style of these iconic cars with the dumb layouts and choices offered now.
