Rear Seat brace mod not looking likely any time soon...
It does not look good for getting the rear seat delete, the Company that made those for Ford is small and only made enough for the LS and a few extras and can't Handel the volume that is being requested, the guy at ford has said they have had a ton of calls for the seat delete kit, I say the need to find another Co to make them, wish I knew who the Co was.

i wouldnt be the tiniest bit surprised if it is classic design concepts that make that thing, they seem to make 90% of the aftermarket parts like the RTR wheels and some of the roush stuff. that said, those part numbers are listed in the sticky here from ford and i cant imagine a company big or small not expanding enough to handle the demand for a product that people are clamoring to buy.

Actually, the listing for that part has been taken off of the Ford parts site, so it appears the story above is true. I'm sure Ford will eventually make a deal to produce more.
