I understand your frustration with people getting a big head over having a specialty edition of a common car. However to reiterate I was really poking at the guys who feel like the Boss shouldn't be messed with, and they are allowed their opinion.

Trying to put a feeler out to see what everyone else thinks about this color possibly on a Boss. I would love to do flat black but I don't like the idea of it being the generic color for flat/plastidip.

 

I'm not much of a purple fan, but it is an appropriately bright and ridiculous color for a boss. I see a lot of challengers running around here with their rendition oof it, and it could be alright on the mustang. With boss graphics breaking it up, it could be pretty cool

(though what you really need to do is chrome it like those cars in the background )

Peel off the Boss stickers, put on 5.0 emblems and a GT faux cap......plasti dipped of course.

 

The decals will be removed but I won't be putting 5.0 badges on it or replacing the faux gas cap.

 

Go for the purple. I want to see this. I'd put the black Boss graphics back on though. And do the roof black too.
