It's the OEM spoiler with the black pedestal. I just laid the painted piece on a couple of towels, it's not mounted yet.

As for running the LS splitter on the track it's not necessary. Other options are using the 302S hood for decreasing lift and effectively increasing downforce. Also using a 1" spacer between the valance and Boss splitter for increasing downforce more than the LS splitter. I may look into having spacers manufactured at some point. And if you run 18" wheels and lower overall tire height you are lowering the splitter closer to the ground which should have the same effect.

Just put the 35 Nitto 05's on the Boss this morning and the splitter is at 5 1/4 vs. 5 3/4 with the stock tires. Lots of room in the wheel wells.

Too late. I ran it at MPH a couple weeks ago and cut my lap time by 1.924 seconds. The only mod was the wing and my vented fogs.....and maybe a little more Boss seat time for the driver. I'm running a 1" shorter front tire that brings the standard splitter 1/2" closer to the ground which provides additional downforce in and of itself.

True, doesn't have to be splitter but you do want to increase front downforce to balance the rear. Nice suggestions I hadn't considered. Thanks.

Nope but I installed 7/8" discs from Scott. I had 1/2" installed before I brought it home and I also have a 3/4" set if I think 7/8's is too loud but so far I'm liking it a lot.

So far I have no disc installed and really like it. Not loud and obnoxious at cursing speed but is loud and obnoxious in city driving... PERFECT!!

I ordered my Steeda (Low Mount) Street Wing (aka, 302R wing), same as shown above. Also ordered the carbon fiber end plates. I ordered directly from Steeda and got the shipping confirmation today.

I'm unsure if I will try to mount it on my current trunk lid, or if I will be ordering another. I need to see what I'm working with. I don't expect this project will be done for a couple of months, but I thought I would register my choice.

I have a paint scheme in mind. Once I get the wing, I'll take some photos and the 'shop my idea.

Make sure you check the bolts go in straight. I had to return mine because 1 went in cocked. I also went with a new trunk.
