Myself and Boss 302 RR #2 in the Detroit News
#22
Shaun,
Very cool car! It must have already been gone when I was at the shop last Thursday. I'm the guy that bought the second GT500 clone club racer. The exhaust gives me some ideas for easy upgrades to my car; but I'm also interested in the quarter panel window delete on this Boss 302 RR. With the Sparco seat, I'll never miss the visibility those windows provide and taking the glass out would save a tiny bit of weight but also provide more sponser decal area. Are the quarter windows removed in this car or just covered up by a painted panel? If they're removed how is the replacement panel made flush with the body panel?
Sure wish my budget would have permitted something like this! But I'll have fun with the one I've got.

Hey there, I didn’t know that the 52 was getting picked up this past week congrats!!!
We have two buildings now and the car from the video was at the "old" shop.
The quarter window delete kit isn’t what it seems LOL. As a matter of fact there is no delete kit. The window is still there, we just vinyl wrapped over it!
The quarter glass is a good thing to have, the reason is we put our AIM data acquisition receivers mounted to the cage pointed out the quarter glass so it can see the beacon placed trackside for the lap timer. if you look close in the pictures you can see a small hole cut in the wrap that covers the window
As for your exhaust we have the jigs all made up so let us know when you want one for those exhaust's (its sounds WICKED with the 3 valve btw)
