Laguna Seca specific parts arrived at dealership
I wouldn't worry too much about the clearance. It's about 1" below the k-members, but right behind the front wheels. So if you're going over a speed bump the tires will raise it over the bump. I have 1300 miles on mine including 165 on the track and going over several steep driveways with no issues. With the stock wheels/tires on the car you're about 6.5" from the pavement to the bottom of the splitter. With track wheels I was 5". My GT500 is only 4" on the street and as long as I'm careful I haven't had any clearance issues.
The parts are being installed as we speak. If things go as planned, I'll pick the car back up after the storms blow through Thursday morning.
The box they came in is huge. Everything is pretty much a bolt on process. My mechanic says the hardest bit looks like working around the (washer bottle?) that is behind the right side brake duct opening. The bumper is even pre-drilled and threaded to accept the two splitter adjustment rods.

I hope to have the splitter on sometime this Sunday... Then I'll find out if it clears the driveway. If not, It's going to be interesting to see how I install it for the car shows.

More pictures after the install - Neither splitter is installed as of now.
Trans scoop side - as mentioned, it's close enough to the front axle that speed bumps may not be a problem

Trans scoop side:

Trans Scoop front - still has decent clearance, but I may be more cautious about driving over foam cups, etc.

Brake Ducts - I'm glad they're not blue.

Brake Duct

My mechanic who installed them, said it was no big deal. He said they went on a lot easier that anticipated which is why I have the car now.
I won't get to the splitter for a while - I don't have a lift, only ramps. I believe the splitter probably sticks out too far to use ramps, even my ultra low profile ones. I may have to jack the front end up and use jack stands. I'm not in too much of a rush right now.
