I can't believe dealers order stock Boss cars without the Recaro/Torsen option.

 

Yeah. I was so excited to find a Kona Blue and then noticed no options.

 

Yeah, that's with Bluebonnet Ford just a few hours from me and they had it on Ebay for a buy it now of 47k, but I noticed the same thing. I didn't realize they had brought back down to sticker.

 

i didn't even notice it lacked the recaro's and torsen, that is kind of weird. im holding out hope that i might find on on a lot around here in the color i want and with the options i want and not have to wait till Q4. i guess i might lose my grand on the ordered one though if i go to another dealer.

Well the $20K ADM is on their LAGUNA SECA model. I did not ask about the street boss, but from the conversation I had with him I would guess there is an ADM on that one as well. He just seemed so confident he could gouge some buyer on these hard to get Bosses.

I am looking for a silver LS at MSRP. And thanks for the post anyway!

 

tell him you will buy at msrp? apperently they had those cars on ebay at markup and had no takers, these idiots are gogn to coem to reality realyl soon. considering there are what 4K slated to build this year, its Q2 and few have landed there is about to be a glut of these things. i had one dealer i tlaked to boast about a $5k adm on a normal boss i said no thanks i can buy at msrp three other palces they suddeny had permission to sell at sticker.

 

several new bosses in cali at msrp, but they appear to be missing the R/T opton, no idea why they are skipping that on so many cars.

Nope, talked to Tom earlier today. The dealership had and sold 2 LS's. They do not have any more. The listing is not for a silver (error) and is for a regular Boss. $2K ADM.

Hmmm, I thought the first 50 numbers were reserved for the LS. Since everything else in the ad is wrong, the VIN is probably wrong too.

200024 is a silver LS sold to that dealership, so the ad is either old, or completely wrong.

 

Ok since there appears to be confusion on this listing here is the scoop. The cars.com listing is NOT for a silver LS. Earnhardt Ford has sold all their LS allocations. Thus the VIN is probably one of their earlier sold cars. I have been told by other dealers it is difficult for them to delist a car from the Cars.com site after the unit is sold and they just have to tell callers the car has been sold until the ad expires.

The car.com listing at Earnhardt is for a street boss yet to be ordered or optioned. So if you want a street boss and want to order your color/options for a future build, Tom is the new car manager.

He told me this am they sill would like to get the $2K ADM but would consider other offers. My opinion is call to discuss if you want a street boss.
