Interesting review on the 5.0
I know this probably doesn't belong in the Boss section, but there are pieces of it that are interesting as it might relate to the Boss. Generally he seems impressed. The one area of concern for me is that dreaded wheel hop. When I saw the first Boss photos showing the flimsy lower control arms like I had on my GT500, I wondered if that was going to be an issue. Hopefully the stiffer springs and dampers will help mitigate or elmiinate it, but I'm fully prepared that I'll have to swap LCAs. The other interesting part is the dyno chart. I've heard a number of people report some really impressive hp/tq numbers compared to the factory specs. Enjoy the read: http://autospotters.wordpress.com/20...80%93-finally/

The article commented about how nice they thought the interior looked. The Boss interior has a lot in common with the GT500 with a similar dash face, aluminum bezels/trim/handles and steering wheel. To me the GT500 looks much nicer than a standard GT by eliminating the chrome and really gives it a quality look. I believe the gauge faces are the same or similar as well. I really like the dash layout and I can't wait to get my hands on the Boss.

I'm not too worried about it--and yeah, it does need something--looks like the perfect spot to mount a TraqMate readout or AiM MXL digital dash/datalogger.
