16k in 18 months.
I was using it for DD while I just had my wife and 2-3yo daughter. Now that we just had a second child, it's not practical for everyone so I picked up another car that can tote us all. I'll be keeping the Boss primarily for the track and weekends.

1500 in 20 after 575
Well, the final numbers are in.
1500, 20 and 575.
Went back to the states on leave for the holidays, it'd been 575 days since I had last driven the BOSS. In the 20 days I had at home, I racked up 1500 miles on the car, the majority of that coming from a trip from central AL to central FL. Let me just say, if you spend that much time away from your car, you will need a reintroduction, regardless of your self-assessed driving skill level. Mine came in the form of the 8hr drive (in the rain, no less) to FL. Not ideal conditions, to be certain, but I wasn't going to be in country and NOT drive my car for the duration of the FL trip. Reintroduction was slow and methodical. Highway driving seemed to fit the bill, despite the foul weather. It was 3 days before I even considered goosing it a bit, and another 2 days before I would use the TracKey. Dat sound, though......![Worship](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/worship.gif)
As cliche as it is, the phrase "absence makes the heart grow fonder" is absolutely true. If you ever want to truly appreciate what a pleasure it is to drive these fine-tuned machines, go 19 months without getting behind the wheel. (Not really, I wouldn't wish that on anyone. lol)
But now, my hourglass has flipped, and I'm 4 days into a second undetermined period of time away from her, and it's already an unbearable wait. The upside is, in April the car will be 3 years old and have 16k miles on it.
As a completely unrelated side note, commercial international aviation has severely fallen off in recent years. My itinerary of 6 flights round trip turned into a 10-flight, 3-country extravaganza plagued by no notice cancellations, maintenance delays, lost baggage, and hotel & meal vouchers for overnight stays in places I had no intentions of visiting. None of it due to the 'polar vortex' or any other major weather phenomena. Just gross incompetence.
I've got something 'polar' US Airways can wrap their 'vortex' around...

28 months; about 8,000 miles. Given the short driving season up here in the north country the miles do not add up too rapidly. No snow, ice or temps under 40 degrees driving for my Boss.
