Looking at my invoice right now; Mustang GT Coupe Premium 500A Package has Invoice listed as $36,999. His doesn't have Recaro or Torsen and I assume no cover which puts $41,000 as $4,000 over. Invoice price on Recaro and Torsen is $1,736, Cover is $413. Delivery and advertising are $795 and $500 respectively.

Invoice on a no option 500A is $38347.52 (this can vary by a few dollars)
MSRP is 40995-41105 depending on build date.
That's LESS THAN $3000 over invoice.
