Found me a quiet, curvy smooth road with no traffic....

with all the guilt behind me i took the car out early this morning and found me a nice curvy 2 lane out in the boonies with great pavement. BY GOD this is the car for me. i had thousands of dollars in suspension on my 10 and this car is so much better. Every time I thought i was going to slip and slide it just hung in there with no drama, it just sticks and turns when i want it to. my heart raced for an hour afterwards, talk about a car for the enthusiast. I went down the same road at similar speeds in a 11 GT500 SVT pack and it was nerve racking. the boss is so precise and balanced and feels so light.

i cant wait to get on a track with this thing, may 7 eagles nest outside of dallas, i am so there.

Been off the boards a minute cause I've been driving non-stop. Didn't really get to test her out myself until I made it back home to the mountains and I'll surely agree. I shredded some tiny Appalachian backroads with little fear, tight curves going up and sheer dropoffs to the side--if a bump was encountered the back end stuck and launched no problem, torque directing wheels to do what they were meant to do. Track car indeed.

Here's the twisty bit I'm looking to get to when it dries up. Start at Wondervu Cafe at far right then down Coal Creek Canyon Rd ~1000ft drop in elevation.

Curvy roads are what this car is all about. I drove the Tail of the Dragon last week and it was a blast.

I've been impressed with how the LS feels over city streets. With all the early talk (rumors) about setting 1 on the LS equalling 5 on the standard Boss, I was thinking the ride was going to be very harsh off the track. Not so. It's a very balanced car. I can't wait to finish the break-in. Throttle response and engine braking is much better.

Hurry up with the TracKey !!

Jeff, that's a nice picture

Shane I agree 100% with you. Out driving today in middle Tn. Came across US231 which we call the ridge. Lots of curves up hill, down hill. This car sticks.

Mjockey I've rode the dragon on a Harley, but I bet there is no way to take that grin off of your face after driving your Boss there. 318 curves in 11 miles. Deals Gap, AKA The Tail of the Dragon. Had to be a blast.
