Well I finally got a chance to go to the strip with my new tires. It was 88 degrees out but I got several runs. Track prep was non-existent, but it was fun times anyways.

Best time of the night was 12.08@116.3 with a 1.8030 60' time.

All the other runs were between 12.12 and 12.28 and 113.3 - 116.3 60' times were 1.75 to 1.86

I got to weigh the car too. 3740 with my 210lbs butt sitting in it. So 3530lbs

 

What tire set up were you using?

 

28x12.5x15 rear M&H cheater slicks and 17x4.5x17 front skinnies.

 

Any mods?

 

Nice, good times, I wish I could try a cheater slick rather then Drag Radials, you almost in 11s,better weather you probably would of had it.

 

Only mods are 60 series Flowmaster mufflers and discs removed. The wheels and tires of course too.

Yep, almost hit 11's. I'm gonna keep trying, I think once I figure out what the tires like it will happen, plus cooler temps would help!
