Curious as to what everyone traded in for their Boss?

A lot of good Mustangs going by the wayside for the Boss.

Let me throw another Bullitt on the list and a Porsche Boxster Spyder.

Fortunately, I was able to buy the Boss without a trade in. I have a 2007 Shelby GT/SC that I will never part with - at least not until they throw dirt in my face. The Boss is the most fun an old guy could ever have.
As much as I love my Boss I would not have gotten rid of the Boxster Spyder. Not saying that it is better than the Boss, just that it is an awesome car in it's own right. What a great color. Btw, on another post that black 65' was also awesome looking.
Gorgeous.

Traded in nothing, this is my first new car in almost 9 years.
Plus, I have plenty of space, my garage at my house is 4000 sq.ft., and my shop for work is 3000 sq.ft. with a four post lift.

I bought the Spyder and took it to the track.
Then I bought the Boss and took it to the track.
I had more fun in the Boss than I did in the Spyder - turned a better lap time too.
So I sold the Spyder and bought the Laguna Seca.
No regrets.

That's actually pretty encouraging to know...that the owner of one of the best drivers cars EVER has tracked and driven both to favor the Boss...
The crazy thing about a lot of mustang owners is that they like to switch up a lot. Buy it. Build it. Get bored with it and do another model. Then in the back of their mind, regret letting some of them go. I love my cobra but already looking towards my next project stang or two. Lol
2004 Cobra to a 2007 Z4 M coupe to the 2012 Boss but the Boss is my 4th mustang. I just keep coming back, the mustang must just be in my dna.
Driving the Boss is like the cobra and the m coupe had a bastard child it's the best of both worlds.

how does the 996 gt3 compare in terms of performance to your boss?
