I'm a first time mustang owner and I think SoCalBoss302 is, also. Counting the OP, that's 3 from So Cal on this forum that are first time owners, so the OP's theory isn't that far-fetched...

I'd easily put money on a very large majority of Boss owners are not FIRST TIME Ford owners.

I only drive Fords and didn't trade anything but cash in on my car.

I traded in my 2004 Mach1, heres the picture of them together just before I took Boss home, dealer had my Boss parked like that waiting for me so I could take the picture together then they used it on their Facebook page for awhile.

I traded in my 07 GT. I LOVED that car and swore I would never let it go. I was sad to let it go, but hey, its a Boss! lol

I sold my '06 GT about 4 months before I got the Boss. Everytime I see one like my '06, I frown a little. Then I remember it was for a good cause.

Sold my 1973 Porsche 914. Have to find some pics. It was fun, but to get it to perform I was going to dump a lot of $$ into it. Then the boss came along.

I have just owned ford trucks previously.

Same here... already have three other Mustangs in the stable (bought and sold too many to count since my first one at 17) and this was my first NEW Mustang. Absolutely love it!

Nice Shelby Gt's above, always wanted one of those. There was a guy with a grabber orange SGT at the last cars and coffee that was wanting to trade for a boss

This is like my 30th mustang over the years. Traded in a 06 Silverado SS and my wifes 09 fusion for my boss and the explorer at the same time
