I didn't trade it in directly but I sold my '97 993 Carrera 2S for the Boss. It was a gorgeous car that was amazing to drive but I grew tired of the constant (costly) maintenance.

Very nice. Those wheels on the 993's are my favorite Porsche wheels, especially the hollow ones on the Turbos. No doubt the Boss will be have a much lower cost of ownership and provide a similar fun driving experience.

Traded in my 06 GT on the Boss. At the time, no mention of a Boss, so I made my clone.
The 12 Boss is my 5th Mustang.

Like others traded a lot of cash as an addition to the stable.

The 2012 BOSS is my first Mustang. There was no trade or sale: this BOSS is just for fun, and it serves no utilitarian purpose!

Sold my 02 E46 M3 to my dad for significantly less than it is worth and bought the Boss. I figure this way it's kinda like owning both.

They both were nice but with old cars unless they're fully restored there's always tinkering. I'd much rather have the Boss with no fuss. Not only that the 70 Boss was a dream car so when they did a serious remake of a Boss there was nothing to think about....HAD to have one!!

I had a '65 2+2 back in the early 80's, which was my daily driver. Too bad I didn't have the money back then to just hang on to it like others that have their mustang collections.
