CO + RR BOSS 302s (Pics & Vid of TracKey)

Corey finally got back into town today, so we got the cars cleaned up for a quick photoshoot before it got too dark, and took a video for the guys on another forum that had asked for better video of the exhaust with/without TracKey. Unfortunately, the West TX wind doesn't allow for good sound quality...

Corey had a great idea for some time lapse shots, too. I tried mounting the camera to my car with a suction mount and just doing a circle in the parking lot at this high school football stadium. Corey then parked his car and set up his camera while I did circles around his car. I think with some fine tuning, these could be some freaking sweet shots. I need a more stable mount for sure.

We'll be doing the Toys for Tots car show tomorrow, hope to get some more pics.

Superb shots and a well done comparison.

Question - I assume the shots were from a DSLR, yes? If so, what make of suction mount was used?

Is it also potentially faster than the speed of light?

Great pics! Looks like CO is in the middle.

Thanks for the compliments.
Yes, shooting with a Canon T1i for my shots, Corey has a T3i for the circle shots, those are straight from the camera, no editing. For the mount, I just picked this up from Amazon.

I don't doubt it's ability to hold the weight, I don't think there's a risk of losing the heavy camera at low speeds around the parking lot. However, for these extended open shots, I'm going to look at something with multiple points of contact, like a sticky pod mount.

Looks good! I think you have captured the essence of the color differences.
