Canadian Pricing

A friend of mine sent these to me. All I could say was WOW, almost 52K in Canada. Our dollars are almost equal in value. Then you get slammed with the higher taxes. This one is #753 and is still available (Windsor). Dealer told my friend they have had it for a couple of weeks. No ADM, apprently it is illegal to charge over sticker for an OEM vehicle. They can if its modified. (ie- Saleen, Roush, etc.) The salesman told him it had a glass roof, then my friend had to teach the salesman about the car. Clueless, didn't know the product. Just think if it were YB; it would almost be 53K or more. I can see why one might want to Buy out of the US and import it.

Dealers in Ontario are allowed to charge up to a 15% of MSRP ADM.

Just goes to show how some of these uninformed sales people just like to talk without really knowing.

Options breakdown

Do any of you guys know why the price detail is so different than a US sticker? Like breaking out the Seats and Rear End prices? Is it just a regulation difference?

There may be Mike but I think they just wanted to do it different so the Canadian cars would be set apart from the rest, like the black and silver colors for the LS. Besides getting the options one by one you can get a yellow blaze with white stripes.

I'd like to see a pix of that color combo. I haven't seen one yet.
That will be one rare combo for sure.

So far none have been found, there was someone in Canada asking about ordering one a long time ago. Don't know if he did or not.
