Watched the whole thing, twice. They must have been tired of seeing that ford run circles around them. I know you're a very experienced driver, but how much of that dominance is you and how much is the car? Seems you killed them in the corners, I'm guessing mostly driver.

I think racing is in my blood.I plan to do drivers schools ,vintage racing and Porsche cup racing.I guess I am back where I belong!.I just love to drive on the track flat out! I got issues!I will post some video from Limerock in 2 weeks .Off to New Orleans Tuesday (Nola Motorsports park) to teach a drivers school for Ford GT owners. Will have video from there too!

 

Thats awesome! Im from new orleans and live about 45 mins aaway!! As a kid i grew up watching nascar with my dad and pretty much every one hated the road courses but me! I think its takes a very skilled person to roadcourse race! I remember watching a race one time and they had a camera set up in ricky rudds car bu his feet. It was amazing to see the footwork when driving a roadcourse race. Maybe one day ill get a chance to do it, but if its in the shelby gt500 im sure it wont be real pretty! Lol

I've been thinking of swapping the Boss for a Porsche myself. Love the power and general handling of the Boss but track time in it has whet my appetite for a real sports car. Too bad Ford doesn't have a step up offering from the Boss, and no a heavy GT500 isn't it.
