Update on this;
I got a call the wheel was ready for pickup, Ford ended up replacing the wheel and felt bad what happended and they changed the oil in my Escape, rotated tires and through in a coupon for another free oil change !!!!
Thats why I love this dealership they always make sure Im satisfied..
